Americans are impatient and demanding; rest of the world says ‘I told you so’

A recent study has shown that Americans like instant gratification. They especially dislike having to wait on hold on the telephone and waiting in lines at grocery stores, and if a business makes them wait too long, they are less likely to return in the future.
